• 2010: Consulting for factory inspection of control, automation and excitation switchboards for Macagua Hydro Power Plant project, Venezuela. Inspections were conducted at IMPSA / ICSA Factories, Mendoza Argentina. Work requested and hired by Hydrotec S.A. / Coyne et Bellier, Mendoza, Argentina..

• July 2009: Main Project to replace Power-Frequency electronic governor of two power turbines with 12 MW powered each one, at EL TUNAL Hydraulic Power Plant. The project included detailed engineering, equipment supply, replacement of original VOITH governor electronic’s for a SIMATIC PLC’s S7-300 based control board in local area with remote communication interface to Main Control room. Trade contract with AES GENERACION ARGENTINA S.A.

• August 2007 to Dec. 2008: Main Project to replace Power-Frequency electronic governor and Joint Control of two power hydro turbines rated 243 MW each one at Planicie Banderita Power Plant, Neuquén, Argentina. The project included detailed engineering, hardware definition and integration, software development, and commissioning. Project was based on SIMATIC S7-300 PLC’s with HMI local control panels and WinCC SCADA PC in Main Control Room. Trade contract with, DUKE ENERGY of Argentina.

• Feb.-May 2007: Main Project to replace a complete gas turbine generator (FIAT, 22 MW) control system at Alto Valle power plant (DUKE ENERGY), Neuquén, Argentina. The project included detailed engineering, hardware definition and integration, software development, and commissioning. Hardware was based on SIMATIC S7-300 PLC, HMI control panel at local control room, and a WinCC SCADA based PC at main control room. Trade contract with, DUKE ENERGY of Argentina.

• Sept-Dec 2006: Consulting to prepare a specification for bidding to replace complete control systems for boilers, steam turbines and auxiliary services at Luis Piedrabuena thermal power plant (615 MW) located at Ing. White, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

• Dec. 2005/ Jan 2006 Main Project with AES GENERACION ARGENTINA S.A. to replace Power-Frequency electronic governors and Joint Control at Alicura Hydro Power Plant (1000 Mw). Work included. The project included detailed engineering, hardware definition and integration, software development, and commissioning. Project was based on SIMATIC S7-300 PLC’s with HMI local control panels and remote interface with existing plant SCADA system. Trade contract with AES GENERACION ARGENTINA S.A.

• Sept. 2001: Main Project for complete replacement of all three generator protection systems at Cabra Corral Power Plant, Salta Argentina. Provision included engineering to integrate all protective relays in an industrial Bus Field (Profibus), and a SCADA system to supervise them, three SIEMENS generator protection packages plus 3 transformer differential protection packages. Trade Contract with AES GENERACION ARGENTINA S.A.

• July-Sept.1999: Consulting to prepare a specification to revamp the complete control, system at ALICURA hydro power plant (1000 MW) located in Prov. del Neuquén, Argentina. Trade contractl with ALICURA S.A. (by that time owned by Southern Power, Georgia Power Corp. USA).

• Aug-1994: Construction supervising, programming and commissioning of an automation board to control an auxiliary diesel group at Puerto Moreno Power Plant, San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. (trade contract with SIEMENS S.A. of Argentina).
